Uncle Joe, thank you for bringing the entire Rosario family out of the provinces of the Philippines to America. Thank you for all the financial support you provided my parents when they first arrived in this country. Thank you for bringing us closer together at all the family events you planned. Thank you for being the disciplinarian you were and making sure we stayed off the streets and in school. You worked so hard so the Rosario family could live a comfortable life and you were by far the most influential person in our family. We are forever grateful. Rest in peace, Uncle Joe, and may perpetual light shine upon you.
